SHIPPING

The buyer can choose to come and collect the purchased work, directly from the Atelier 85 gallery, by making an appointment beforehand;

Please note that the buyer will assume the shipping costs, taxes and customs clearance costs of the works and that Atelier 85 is not responsible for any breakages or possible delivery delays that may occur, due to customs or the transport company;

The goods are mainly shipped via Canada Post. The type of shipping available and offered by Canada Post will be at the buyer's choice, according to the list offered during the invoicing stage;

After payment, the artwork will be carefully packaged and shipped within 3 to 5 business days;

For non-standard packages (too large, too heavy ...) the buyer will be responsible for reserving the services of a carrier with whom he has previously made an agreement. If necessary, the seller can offer a local carrier. All costs incurred remain the responsibility of the purchaser;

EXCHANGE and REFUND

Due to the uniqueness of the works sold on the Atelier 85 site, no exchange, refund or return will be granted, except in the event of an error made by the seller, on the order shipped.

 In the latter case, the seller agrees to assume the shipping costs and return the work previously ordered by the buyer. In the event that it is no longer available, Atelier 85 will reimburse all costs incurred by the buyer, namely the cost of the work and its shipping.
